Overseas Driver Nominations

The Town is unable to process driver nominations for individuals residing outside Australia. Where an infringement has been issued, driver nominations can only be accepted for drivers with a valid Australian residential address and supporting identification. If the nominated driver resides overseas, the vehicle owner or responsible person named on the infringement notice will remain liable for the infringement and any associated penalties.
