Parents & Babies Yoga

These are classes perfect for parents and their children who want to experience the benefits of yoga.

Whether you're a beginner or have previous yoga experience, our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, breathing exercises and meditation techniques.

It's a great way to improve your overall well-being, reduce stress and increase mindfulness.

Chair Yoga

These are classes perfect for anyone who wants to experience the benefits of yoga in a gentle and accessible way.

Using a chair for support, you can comfortably practice yoga poses that improve flexibility, strength and balance.

Your Move! Community Board Games

Bring your family and friends, and favourite board games and have some old school fun. 

Try your hand and learn a new game or perfect your skills in one of your favourites. 

All ages are encouraged to join but people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Adult Watercolour Class

Hidden Secrets of Botanical Watercolour 

In this introductory class, Julia Softley will teach the medium of using watercolour pencils and how to use and not use them. 

All levels of artists are welcome, from beginners to those more experienced. 

Pencils, brushes and paper will be provided. Students are welcome to bring their own watercolour pencil set if they have one. 

When: Friday, 6 December

Adult Watercolour Class

Tropical Gouache 

Celebrate summer by painting a collage style artwork with colourful gouache with Julia Softley.

Play with a fun and tropical theme to welcome the summer days ahead.

Adult Watercolour Class

Mixed Media Christmas Cards 

Created your own Christmas cards using a selection of mixed media, watercolour pencils, gouache and collage. 

You will be provided card sets and a watercolour paper base.
