The Terraces at Claremont
The Terraces is a residential apartment development at 3 Shenton Road, Claremont, within the Claremont on the Park precinct.
Development approval for an eight-storey mixed-use development was granted by the State Administrative Tribunal in 2019.
The development includes 137 residential apartments and nine commercial/retail tenancies.
Road Closures in December
Builders Castelli Norup for The Terraces have advised that there will be road closures in front of their site on Shenton Road on the 4th, 10th, and 12th of December.
These closures are required to complete concrete works along the footpath. To minimise disruption to the community, the works will occur outside of peak periods, between 9:00am and 3:00pm on each of these days.
No detours will be necessary, and traffic controllers will be on site to manage STOP/SLOW movements in the remaining westbound lane. Pedestrians will be redirected to the southern footpath during this time.
