FORM Art Gallery Events
Threads of Listening is a multi-sensory textile exhibition exploring the connections between touch, sound, landscape and memory. Working with hand-tufted rugs, interactive e-textiles, and sculptural forms, his practice integrates micro-computers, pressure sensors, and embedded audio. Each hand-tufted textile carries its own sound, and at the heart of the exhibition a large interactive work transforms touch into sound. Run your hands across its surface to awaken field recordings Ben gathered in Claremont and across Western Australia. The exhibition will be on display until 3 January 2027.
