Join artist Kate Allen for a fun six-week art program that encourages kids to explore different art mediums and express their creativity. 

Projects include: 

- Acrylic sunset ocean painting
- Make your own puzzle
- Pop art painting 
- Watercolour with wax crayons
- Acrylic bird paintings
- Decorative vase painting

Zumba Gold

Over 9 weeks, participants will be taken through a range of low and medium-intensity and lower impact dance moves that are designed for everybody, no matter their fitness level. 

Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

Chair Yoga and Gentle Movement with Patches

Join us for a nurturing Chair Yoga and Gentle Movement session designed to support mobility, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. This class incorporates chair-based, standing, and optional floor-based movements to suit a range of abilities. 

Sessions are delivered by Patches' Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists.

Please bring: 
• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
• A water bottle
• Any personal supports you may need (e.g., a small cushion or lumbar support)
• Glasses if needed for clear visibility of instruction
• And any medication such as asthma inhaler/puffer

Chair Yoga and Gentle Movement with Patches - FREE TESTER

Running throughout Term 2, our Chair Yoga and Gentle Movement program offers a complimentary first session so you can experience the class and decide if it’s the right fit for you!

The Beginners Chen Tai Chi Program is an 8-week journey to boost physical and mental well-being through Chen Family Tai Chi.

No prior experience is needed, perfect for beginners.
