Booking information & terms 

1. Booking Confirmation 

1. A confirmation email will be sent within 30 minutes of payment 
2. This email includes your access PIN code, which is valid from 15 minutes before until 15 minutes after your booked time. 

2. Amendments & Cancellations 

1. All bookings are non-refundable 
2. Bookings may be amended (date/time) up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time be calling the Claremont Aquatic Centre on (08) 9285 4343.
3. Bookings cannot be amended within 3 hours of the start time. 
4. Unused bookings that were not amended within the allowable time frame are not eligible for credits or changes. 

3. Conditions of Use 

1. Bookings are for fixed hire periods. Late arrivals will not extend your booking time. 
2. Hirers must leave the courts clean and tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. 
3. Damage to equipment, facilities or inflatables will be charged to the hirer. 
4. The Town may cancel bookings due to maintenance or weather. In such cases, a refund or reschedule will be offered. 

4. Code of Conduct 

1. All general conditions of entry apply. 
2. Anti-social behaviour, including unsafe water play, may result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund. 
3. Alcohol, glass containers and smoking are strictly prohibited. 

5. Liability 

1. Hirers are not required to hold public liability insurance but must accept all personal risk associated with the booking. 
2. The Town accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage resulting from the hire.
