Fencing Local Law 2024
In accordance with section 3.12(6) of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is given that the Town of Claremont Fencing Local Law 2024 was published in the Government Gazette on Friday, 26 July 2024 and will come into effect on Friday, 9 August 2024.
The purpose of the Fencing Local Law 2024 is to prescribe a sufficient fence and the standard for the construction of fences throughout the district.
The effect of the Fencing Local Law 2024 is to establish the minimum requirements for fencing within the district.
The local law may be viewed here or at the Town’s Administration Building at 308 Stirling Highway, Claremont.
