The Town of Claremont is seeking Expression of Interests for the Proposed Disposal of Property by way of Lease, pursuant to section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
The site is 331 Stirling Highway, Claremont being Lot 103 on Deposited Plan 67609 contained in Certificate of Title Volume 1944 Folio 100. The Building Area comprises approximately 750m2.
