Pursuant to deemed provision cl.4(4), the Town of Claremont advises that the following Council and Local Planning Policies have been approved, amended or revoked.

Council resolved on 27 June 2023 to adopt the following documents:

• Payment in Lieu of Parking Plan. The plan is available here.
• Local Planning Policy 124 – Heritage. The policy is available here.
• Local Planning Policy 208 – Bay View Terrace Heritage Area. The policy is available here.
• Local Planning Policy 209 – Claremont Crescent Heritage Area. The policy is available here.
• Town of Claremont Local Heritage Survey.
• Town of Claremont Heritage List. The list is available here.

Council resolved on 27 June 2023 to Revoke the following Local Planning Policies:

• Local Planning Policy 205 – Public Parking. The policy is available here.

Council resolved on 26 July 2022 to Revoke the following Local Planning Policies:

• Local Planning Policy 103 – Former Swanbourne Primary School Siter Detailed Area Plan. The policy is available here. 
• Local Planning Policy 119 – Applications to Strata Title Buildings. The policy is available here.
• Local Planning Policy 120 – Minimum Standards of Residential Buildings for Approval of Issue of Strata Title Plan. The policy is available here.
