Business Plan – Proposed Major Land Transaction – 288 (Lot 3771) Stirling Highway, Claremont

A Business Plan providing an overall assessment of the proposed acquisition has been prepared and is available to view here or at the Town’s Administration Building, 308 Stirling Highway, Claremont.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions to the Town in relation to the proposed acquisition.

Submissions can be made to the Chief Executive Officer by email to toc@claremont.wa.gov.au, by hand to the Town’s Administration Building or by post to PO Box 54, Claremont WA 6910.

All submissions must be received by 9.00am on Monday, 17 July 2023.
