It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 (4B) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Claremont Local Planning Scheme No.3 - Amendment No.138 on 11 August 2026 (gazetted 18 September 2026) the purpose of:
1. Implementing the Town's Stirling Highway Local Development Plan (SHLDP) - Eastern Highway Precinct
