Residents are invited to join the Town and the Claremont RSL Sub-Branch to honour those who died in military service and commemorate the 1918 WWI armistice.

A small Remembrance Day service will take place at approximately 10:45am at Claremont War Memorial.

A minute's silence will be observed at 11am to offer a moment of quiet reflection on the sacrifices made for the peace and freedom we enjoy today.

Attendees are welcome to bring along their own wreath to lay during the ceremony.

Please note that seating at the venue will be limited and priority seating should be given to elders or attendees with a disability.

Directly after the service, attendees are welcome to join us for some light refreshments in the Town's undercover area adjacent to Claremont Park.
