Adopt a Tree - Application Form

Applications now open for winter plantings for 2025!

Please complete the following form if you wish to apply for the Town's 'Adopt a Tree' program.

Full payment will be required prior to the Town ordering the tree - a cost estimate from the Parks and Environment team will be sent to you in due course.

Applications for the 2025 plantings close 30 April 2025. 

A list of up to 5 species will be provided to applicants to select from, all species will be native and based on  advice from the Department of Primary and Regional Industries in relation to management of the Polyphagous shot-hole borer.

Winter each year (June to August) subject to change based on rainfall received.

Once all adopt a tree program trees are planted for the season.

Once the tree and plaque have been installed.

If it dies within the first 12 months, the Town will replace at no further cost to the applicant.
