Mural Art Youth Mentorship Opportunity

The Town of Claremont is excited to provide a young aspiring artist with the opportunity to grow their skills and gain invaluable experience in a paid mentorship initiative. 

The initiative will see a young person aged 16-25 years work alongside an experienced mural artist to create a new public art mural at the Claremont Aquatic Centre.

Youth Funding

The Town of Claremont is committed to enhancing and building the capacity of young people. The Town's Youth Funding initiative aims to support the development of life skills, leadership and participation in activities that celebrate young people’s achievements.

Town of Claremont residents between the age of 12 – 18 can apply for up to $200 in financial assistance towards expenses related to representing at a state or national level across sporting, academic, leadership, performing arts and cultural pursuits.

Child Health Centre

Parents and their infants are welcome at the Peppermint Grove Child Health Centre. This centre is funded by the Town of Claremont, as well as the Cottesloe, Mosman Park, and Peppermint Grove councils.
